New Website launched for Crafty Kids

Sally Preisig’s professional puppet making business, Mimics Productions generated much local interest for puppet and craft workshops and parties, so with business partner Sarah Gunn they created a separate company Crafty Kids Ltd, and now on its first anniversary they have launched a new website.
During the last year they have been working with original designs for puppet and craft kits for children and now feel they have something to show for it.
Sally, a member of the British Puppet & Model Theatre Guild, says “As mothers we were fed up buying very expensive mass produced craft kits for our kids, where we still had to find half the ingredients to complete them, so we have designed the complete package”
Each kit comes in its own colourful spotted plastic paint tub, complete with everything – brush, paint, glue, and full instructions. The string puppets have specially made treasury tags so there is no knotting involved.
“All of the kits are for 6 year olds and upwards and now we are extending some of the designs for 3 years and over too. We have just been awarded our ‘CE’ marking to prove we comply with European Community standards, so at the moment it’s all systems go! We know we have a good product, from the reaction we have received from customers and visitors to our craft stall at fairs around the south of England.”
